From the Classroom to your Table
At Mid-State Meat Market, we take pride in our Butchery and Meat Cutting Program, where students master the art of breaking down pork, lamb, and beef into various cuts and products. Our students learn first-hand from an experienced master butcher in the classroom. Students working with the instructors produce classic offerings like ham steaks, chops, and roasts, as well as flavorful processed meats such as brats, hot dogs, and snack sticks.
