Returns & Refunds on Perishable Items
For the safety and quality of our products, we generally do not accept returns on perishable meat items, including but not limited to:

Fresh or frozen whole cuts (steaks, roasts, chops, etc.)

Sausages and ground meats

Snack sticks, jerky, and other cured meats
However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any quality concerns or receive a product that is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
Refund or Replacement Eligibility
We will consider refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

The product is incorrect (wrong item received).

The product is spoiled or defective at the time of purchase (must be reported within 24 hours of purchase).

There is a packaging issue that compromised the product’s quality (e.g., torn packaging exposing the product, broken vacuum seal upon receipt, etc.).
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Report the issue within 24 hours of purchase or delivery by contacting us through our online form.

Provide proof of the issue, such as a clear photo of the product and a copy of your receipt.

Return the product (if requested) in its original packaging for evaluation.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Custom & Special Orders
Custom-cut meats and special orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
